As a Mechanical Engineer, this role is focused on delivering project requirements within agreed schedules and maintaining mechanical engineering standards across all projects.

Job Description
  • This position involves delivering project requirements according to agreed schedules consistent with quality standards.
  • Maintaining mechanical engineering standards across all projects and providing technical guidance to junior engineers and peers.
  • Providing constructive feedback and recommending improvements to engineering systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver project requirements according to agreed schedules.
  • Maintain mechanical engineering standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Recommend improvements to engineering systems and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in mechanical engineering skills, particularly piping and pressure vessel design.
  • Design and documentation experience from concept through to construction stage.
  • Experience working in oil and gas facilities or similar heavy industries.
  • Familiarity with design software such as PVElite and AutoPIPE.
  • Ability to generate engineering estimates and quotations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
