About this Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to play a key role in ensuring our business systems are efficient, user-friendly and fully aligned with compliance and operational excellence across our projects. This is a back-office IT role where you will partner with project teams, support frontline construction workers, and keep our systems running smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer HSEQ platforms including DoneSafe, Power BI, 3DS and prequalification portals.
  • Provide front-line technical support and system training to internal and external users.
  • Monitor data for consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • Generate reports, dashboards and insights to support project and compliance outcomes.
  • Manage and control project and safety documentation across systems.
  • Assist with audits, contractor prequalification's and compliance submissions.
  • Identify system improvements and assist with upgrades and new implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience administering digital HSEQ, compliance or workflow systems in construction or infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as DoneSafe, 3DS, Rapid Global, Pegasus or similar tools.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Power BI, Excel or system dashboards.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support a variety of users.
  • Competence in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and document control systems.
  • A certificate or diploma in WHS, Business Systems, Data Management or a related field.
  • A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
