Business Development Manager

As a key member of our Retail Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success for our Carindale branch. With a proven track record of sales leadership and team management, you will lead by example and be hands-on with our customers and community.
Key responsibilities of a Branch Manager include:
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers have a positive experience when they visit the branch, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and answering questions or concerns.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies, managing cash flow, maintaining accurate records, and supervising staff.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank's business, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with customers, and developing marketing and sales campaigns.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise branch staff, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and performing their job duties effectively.
