Job Summary

The Hospital Coordinator plays a pivotal role as the key contact person for hospital executives after hours, fostering excellence in clinical practice and enhanced outcomes.

  • Coordinates hospital and staff activities with precision and efficiency after hours, ensuring seamless operations within allocated parameters.
  • Facilitates all clinical areas, promoting a culture of clinical excellence based on person-centred care and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
  • Works closely with Clinical Managers and ADON to determine nurse staffing requirements for designated shifts, ensuring quality and safe care within available resources.

This is an initial relieving position, requiring flexibility to cover personal leave, annual leave, and long service leave. Applicants are expected to discuss the role with their Clinical Manager to ensure availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate hospital activities with precision and efficiency after hours.
  • Foster a culture of clinical excellence based on person-centred care.
  • Work closely with Clinical Managers to determine nurse staffing requirements.
