Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - OSS/BSS Platforms

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our OSS/BSS platforms. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications using Spring and Hibernate. Your expertise in message brokers, cloud technologies, and relational databases will be invaluable in driving technical initiatives and enhancing engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical decisions across projects and oversee solutioning, development, deployment, and support of OSS/BSS platforms.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale applications using Spring and Hibernate.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to streamline development processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance engineering practices and drive technical initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • Hands-on experience in Java development spanning over ten years.
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or possesses equivalent extensive practical experience.
  • Demonstrates leadership in successfully driving technical initiatives.
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining large-scale applications using frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, with expertise in message brokers including ActiveMQ and Kafka.
  • Skilled in utilizing AWS or other cloud technologies and proficient with relational databases.
  • Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to streamline development processes.
