About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Mine Controller to join our Integrated Operations Centre Autonomous Haulage (AH) Front Runner (FR) Mine Control team. As a Mine Controller, you will play a critical role in achieving production targets by enabling the effective operation of our Front Runner Autonomous fleet management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the fleet effectively and efficiently to maximize compliance to operational plans.
- Promote positive relationships through effective communication and consultation with team members and stakeholders.
- Identify system and operational process improvements in the use of the fleet management system.
- Work collaboratively with the AH Control Supervisor to ensure safe execution of daily operations plans.
We are looking for individuals with previous Mine Control experience, preferably as a Mine Controller or Dispatch Operator. Prior experience with Modular DispatchTM or FrontrunnerTM systems is highly regarded. Excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as collaborative, coaching, and influencing skills, are essential for this role.
