Provisional Psychologist

We are seeking a Provisional Psychologist to join our team in Metro Sydney. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of psychological injuries from a return to work perspective. Your primary goal will be to facilitate upgrades in people's capacity and help them get back to work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of psychological injuries from a return to work perspective
* Facilitate upgrades in people's capacity and help them get back to work
* Meet with doctors and allied health professionals to provide a high-quality service to injured workers and insurers
About You:
* Provisional Psychologist (with AHPRA membership and external supervision in place)
* Rehabilitation Counsellor (with Full or Associate ASORC membership)
* Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation
* Minimum 12 months experience in a Psychology related role
* Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check
* Sound communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
