About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Goodstart North Sydney West Street. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of our children, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft exceptional programs that foster growth and development.
Job Summary
This is a Permanent Full-time position, 38 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of $29-32 per hour. You will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning environments, promoting social-emotional growth, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes for our children.

Your Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a current NSW Working with Children Check. You will also need to have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
