Job Title: Sales Associate Job Description:  We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Key Responsibilities:  
  • Provide excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products
  • Assist customers with product selection and offer advice to ensure they find the right product for their needs
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and merchandising products
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks as required
 Requirements:  
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is an asset but not essential
