About the Job

This position is responsible for operating locomotives safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through our training programs.

  • 6% Retention Bonus paid annually for the life of the current EA
  • New EA rosters (minimum 134 days off per year)
  • A 6/3, 6/4 roster for Bowen & Sarina depots
  • Coppabella depot operates under a 7/4 roster (with 2 additional days to cash or bank as leave)
  • Nebo Depot operates under a 7/4 roster (with 2 additional days to cash or bank as leave)
