Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellence in safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ)
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver smarter solutions
  • Elevate client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving
  • Apply industry best practices and ensure design compliance
  • Create detailed technical reports and engineering drawings
  • Review and enhance engineering designs and project documents
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Support business growth through bid and tender preparation

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in transport infrastructure (multidisciplinary project experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of QLD TMR standards
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform technical analysis
  • Skilled in using engineering software and preparing technical reports
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for quality
