Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Employment Specialist to support our growth in the Asia Pacific region.

  • Main Responsibilities

    1. Deliver pragmatic legal advice on employment law issues, including recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits.
    2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
    3. Conduct internal investigations, manage redundancies, and advise on employee representative bodies.
    4. Draft, negotiate, and enforce employment-related agreements and templates.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications

    • Able to weigh risks and benefits of complex legal situations.
    • Strong relationships skills and experience creating scalable processes and policies.
    • Juris Doctor (JD), LLB, or equivalent degree with minimum 4 years of substantive employment law experience.
