This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned High-Tech Sales Strategist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our presence within the Atlassian ecosystem. As a self-motivated and results-oriented professional, you will identify and cultivate leads, understand client needs, craft compelling proposals, and close deals that deliver significant value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads within the target market aligned with your assigned territory or vertical.
  • Develop and present customized solutions that address clients' unique business challenges, leveraging Atlassian products and services, as well as complementary solutions from our partners.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS, UNDERSTAND THEIR PAIN POINTS AND OBJECTIVES, AND FOSTER LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS.
  • Create compelling and competitive proposals that articulate the value proposition and demonstrate the ROI of proposed solutions.
  • Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed your assigned sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Atlassian product roadmap to inform your sales strategies.
  • Work closely with colleagues in technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagements and successful project implementations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a solutions sales role, preferably within the IT consulting industry.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Atlassian suite of products and services (Jira, Confluence, Service Management, etc.).
  • Experience selling complementary solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem or competitive platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Competency in typical back-office support tools and CRM software associated with sales environments and global asynchronous communication.
