Key Responsibilities

  5. Manage critical relationships with key financial stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  6. Manage cash flow, forecasting impacts of current and future business developments, and ensuring the organization's financial stability.
  7. Lead the risk and compliance management frameworks, ensuring the organization's financial and operational risks are mitigated.
  8. Deliver a broad customer-focused business service remit through the organization, ensuring financial and operational excellence.
Requirements
  1. Degree qualified and CPA/CA qualified, with a strong background in finance and accounting.
  2. Experience in a similar senior business finance role, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express complex financial concepts to non-financial professionals.
  4. Ability to lead change, with a strong commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
  5. Well-developed skills in business partnering, effective collaboration, and the ability to influence.
  6. Aged Care experience or understanding of relevant legislation, with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance.
  7. Strong time management skills and an outcome-driven approach, with a focus on delivering results.
