We are seeking a Principal Drainage Engineer to lead design activities, packages, and teams.
\Key Responsibilities\- \
- Mentor and guide our drainage team.\
- Engage in designing and leading stormwater drainage, services coordination, and interdisciplinary coordination across various market sectors.\
- Undertake and lead hydrologic and hydraulic analysis using 12D, DRAINS, RORB, and TUFLOW models.\
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and professionals on exciting projects.\
- Lead design management, client interaction, business development, and collaboration within the team.\
- Report to the National Hydrology and Hydraulics Capability Lead, delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.\

- Energetic, flexible, and positive attitude.\
- VIC-based experience, preferably with MRPV projects and Melbourne Water approvals.\
- Team player, enjoying working in a collaborative environment.\
- Proven design experience, preferably including multidisciplinary work with at least 7-10 years as a civil/drainage engineer.\
