Job Title

The Body Shop is seeking a Casual Beauty Advisor to support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service.

  • This role offers an opportunity to work with a range of products, learn customers' needs, and provide expert advice to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is preferred, however, we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds who are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong interpersonal and communication skillset is essential for building rapport with customers and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.
  • We are looking for a team player who is open to daily coaching/feedback from Store and Assistant Manager.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry is required to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • The ideal candidate will be confident in reaching store targets and sales, as well as active in contributing to our collective by being agile, tenacious and optimistic.
  • Availability Monday-Sunday is required, and flexibility is essential for this role.
