Project Controls Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to join our dynamic team. This key role involves planning, delivering, and managing the performance of a landmark defence project.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in project controls within large-scale infrastructure or defence projects. They will be proficient in tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost management systems. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex stakeholder environment.

Australian Citizenship is required due to security clearance needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost control: Develop budgets, forecasts, and analyze variances
  • Schedule management: Plan programs, identify critical path, and track progress
  • Risk & opportunity: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and opportunities
  • Reporting & governance: Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports
  • Change control: Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes in a controlled environment
Requirements
