Festive Season Ambassadors Wanted

We're seeking friendly and reliable team members to help us deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers during the busiest and most exciting time of the year.
">- Provide exceptional service to customers and retailers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Welcome guests at the concierge desk, assist with their needs, and provide directions and helpful solutions.
- Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services to enhance the customer experience.

- Do you feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting?
- Can you commit to shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays?
This is a seasonal casual role offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. The role runs from September to January/February, with shifts based on business needs.
