Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee-based beverages and light food items to a high standard.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
  • Assist with kitchen duties, such as dishwashing and food preparation.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar environment, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee-based beverages and light food options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
