Job Title: Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team in a service advisor role.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to work in the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key contact with customers, providing them with a detailed report on work performed and ensuring that they are kept well informed during every stage of the servicing and repair process.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers both in person and by phone to provide exceptional customer service
  2. Process repair orders and cash sales reports efficiently
  3. Update Dealer Management Systems and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure all information is being passed on effectively
  4. Provide customers with a detailed report on work performed in a timely manner
