Job Description
The Customer Service Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our Australian and New Zealand customer base receives a consistent, industry-leading support experience.
This role will work closely with the UK-based contact center team to control and resolve customer issues, handle customer enquiries, and provide support to internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled in line with agreed service level agreements.
- Represent the company in a professional manner through all communications with customers.
- Work proactively to resolve customer enquiries and complaints, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Manage simultaneous requests from internal and external teams, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and experience working with contact centers would be highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
