About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant Trainee. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all patients.
  • Assist dentists with a range of procedures, including chair-side assistance and preparation of instruments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Perform reception duties, including scheduling appointments and updating patient records.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and maintain a high level of concentration.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members.
  • Be able to commit to a full-time 12-month traineeship and complete the Certificate III in Dental Assisting qualification.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Be able to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
