Job Opportunity

The position of Tyre Fitter is available within our organisation. This role will involve monitoring and diagnosing tyre damage and wear, removing and replacing wheels, performing emergency tyre and related repairs on a fleet of heavy vehicles.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in supporting our haulage operations. This will be a full-time permanent position on a 2/1 roster with rotating day and night shifts.

Requirements
  • A Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Fitting
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality of work
  • Demonstrated experience with heavy vehicle or mobile plant machinery
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Project Overview

Our Onslow Iron project is an innovative mining operation that aims to redefine mining practices in Western Australia. The project involves shipping around 35 million tonnes of iron ore per year and has a mine life of over 30 years.
