The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Breakthroughs Director to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will work closely with business leadership to deliver client objectives and execute ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will have the opportunity to develop groundbreaking strategies across a range of clients, including adidas, Bayer, Dell, Google, Mars, PlayStation, The Coca-Cola Company, and Uber.
  2. You will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  3. You will work closely with implementation teams to translate strategies into actionable plans for brands.
  4. You will ensure delivery of digital solutions that meet client business goals by fine-tuning budget allocation, weights, phasing, and site mix.
  5. You will build strong relationships with key client stakeholders in marketing, planning, and strategy.
  6. You will share thought leadership on media planning effectiveness with clients and internal teams.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • You should have a deep understanding of media channels, including paid, owned, and earned media.
  • You should be comfortable working with data to extract insights and drive planning decisions.
  • You should have experience in audience and signal planning, including building audiences and translating them into segments for activation.
  • You should be proficient in planning tools, including audience planning, allocation, and optimization.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex media concepts for clients and internal teams.
