Job Description
We're seeking a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish to provide individual and group trauma-informed therapy to children and adolescents who have experienced domestic violence, physical or sexual abuse, or neglect.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trauma assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, advocates, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients, their families, and/or caregivers in immediate distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, and three years' experience providing trauma-focused therapy to children and adolescents in a domestic violence or sexual assault setting.
