- Code Reviews and Enhancements: Engage in design and code reviews of the product, and enhance your knowledge of customers' experiences to prevent future problems.
- Code Maintainability: Make code maintainable and the product diagnosable and serviceable to ensure efficient troubleshooting and resolution.
- On-Call Duties: Participate in rotating on-call duties to diagnose and solve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Strong Fundamentals: Strong fundamentals in software engineering, data structures, and algorithms.
- Programming Skills: Experience developing software using C++, Python, GoLang, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including the use of associated tools.
- Test Automation: Knowledge of test automation frameworks, CI/CD systems, and REST, grpc, or similar communication paradigms.
- Cloud Services: Knowledge of public cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and prior industry experience through full-time employment or internships.
