We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for hosting and serving guests, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking & dining experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Attending daily briefs with restaurant staff to review specials and service procedures
  • Being fully conversant with all services, offers, and facilities offered by the hotel
  • Checking dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
  • Attending training sessions as required
  • Serving alcohol responsibly and reporting any concerns to duty managers immediately

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • The ability to create a positive first impression
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Mixology or cocktail bar background
  • A strong knowledge of wine is highly advantageous
