Cash Management Specialist
Job Description:
The role involves overseeing the management of cash, cheques and credit card vouchers. This includes ensuring timely payment to creditors and accurate accounting of expenses.
Key responsibilities include maintaining general cashier's float, preparing daily bank deposits, compiling weekly petty cash expenses and reconciling third-party billings. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for investigating and reporting any overages or shortages on a regular basis.
A key aspect of this position is managing foreign currency rates and preparing cheques manually as needed. The successful candidate will also be required to prepare month-end petty cash journals and reimburse GCRs' petty cash.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual with excellent financial management skills to join our team.
Requirements:
- 6-12 months experience in a finance role preferred.
- High grooming standards required.
