  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
