Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and implement scalable AI-driven systems and services that integrate generative AI into core engineering workflows. Your expertise will enable us to accelerate development workflows by writing, testing, and optimizing system code, leveraging AI-powered suggestions for intelligent debugging.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using frameworks such as LlamaIndex or similar frameworks. You will also drive cross-functional collaboration to embed AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, and developer tooling.

In this role, you will conduct independent research to evaluate emerging Gen AI technologies and contribute to the evolution of internal platforms through rapid prototyping and production-grade implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A deep understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI frameworks, with hands-on experience integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Advanced programming skills in languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or C#, with the ability to build scalable AI solutions and integrate machine learning models into production environments.
  • Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as AutoGen or similar tools.
