About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality fit-out projects across Canberra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project documentation, including progress claims, variations, and RFI's
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and clients
  • Review and negotiate subcontract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare accurate and transparent project management reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Building-related tertiary qualifications are advantageous, but not essential
  • Team-focused individual with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and subcontractors
  • Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator, Site Engineer, or Project Coordinator role within the construction industry
