About the Role

Swinburne University of Technology seeks a strategic Remuneration and Benefits professional to join our People and Culture team.

This role will be responsible for developing frameworks, delivering programs, and providing expert advice and solutions to ensure effective remuneration and benefits strategies.

Reporting to the Director, Talent, Organisational Development and Remuneration, this position will partner with other centres of expertise and our P&C Business Partners to provide high-quality service to the university.

The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong analytical skills, and experience in developing compelling benefits and rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement remuneration and benefits strategies to attract and retain staff
  • Manage job evaluation frameworks and ensure accurate definition and evaluation of roles
  • Provide expert advice and solutions on compensation and benefits matters
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service to the university
