Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role is designed to help you grow and develop your career in the media industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading media planning work, managing client relationships, and developing internal team members.

The scope of this role presents opportunities for cross-channel integration and strategy, allowing you to further your knowledge and skills in media planning and strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to deliver innovative solutions
  • Working across departments to drive business value
  • Project managing communications plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Reviewing plans to improve margins and innovation
  • Leading and motivating internal teams to produce high-quality work

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong working experience with Spectra and a solid understanding of agency financial management.

Multi-channel experience with demonstrated ATL media planning and buying skillset is also essential.

You should have ability to 'multi-hat' across various areas of the Client servicing and team leadership.

Demonstrated success in improving process management with Planning & Buying is highly valued.

A genuine love of being part of a high-performing team and building relationships with stakeholders is a must.
