About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Architect to join our team at Cashrewards. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop cloud-based solutions using C#, NodeJs, and Javascript programming languages.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, guiding them in the development of cloud-based solutions.
    • Design and deliver technical design documentation artefacts to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.
    • Conduct discovery and proof-of-concept work to de-risk the implementation of new technology initiatives.
    • Assist Solution Architects in decision-making and communicating designs to development teams.

About You

    • You have a strong background in software development and cloud engineering, with experience in CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and tooling (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
    • You have experience in developing and designing cloud solutions, including high-traffic transactional systems.
    • You have a proven track record of software engineering, ideally in Finance, FinTech, Retail, or eCommerce environments.
    • You have experience designing architecture to support front-end customer applications, including web and mobile apps.
    • You have experience working on transformation projects from monolithic environments to microservices and serverless-based infrastructure.
    • You have exposure to digital, customer, and marketing technologies within architectures, particularly marketing automation, digital analytics, customer data, and mobile notification services.
