We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our centre, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of exceptional services to young people.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage the centre's operations, ensuring that all aspects of the service model are implemented and maintained.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve the centre's performance and outcomes for young people.
  • To oversee the management of operational systems, including financial management and human resources.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or a related health discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex planning and service development environments.
  • Experience in direct service provision to young people and providing youth-friendly, family-focused mental health services or programs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
