Master Painter

Experienced Painters are required to carry out high-quality internal and external painting tasks.

• Prepare surfaces by plaster patching, sanding, and setting for long-lasting results.
• Protect furniture and property while working with minimal disruption.
• Adhere to workplace safety and infection control standards using protective equipment and safe work practices.
• Maintain tools and materials in good condition.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize quality.
• Engage professionally with colleagues and residents.

• Trade qualification in painting with at least 2 years' experience.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality painting work.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and safety practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple projects.
• Good physical fitness for manual tasks such as moving furniture and ladder use.
• Excellent communication skills and a consumer-focused approach.
• Current National Police Clearance and up-to-date vaccinations.
