Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service

- Team Leadership
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team to meet their full potential
- Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation
- Ensuring store visual merchandising and presentation meet company standards
- Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to create engaging store displays
- Inventory Management and Stock Control
- Managing inventory levels and stock control to minimize waste and optimize sales
- Collaborating with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations
- Health and Safety
- Ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and customers
- Conducting regular health and safety audits to identify and mitigate risks
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Providing accurate and timely financial reports to management
- Analyzing sales data and inventory levels to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail operations role
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting software
- Education
- Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g. business, retail management)
