Arboricultural Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Arboricultural Technician to join our team at Ipswich City Council. As a key member of our Arboricultural Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and safety of our city's trees and green spaces.

• Perform arboricultural maintenance activities, including pruning and tree surgery
• Operate machinery, including woodchippers, elevated platforms, and chainsaws
• Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve our vision of 'Ipswich, a city of opportunity for all'

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current HR Licence
• A Chainsaw Operator's ticket
• A passion for safe work practices
• Experience in tree maintenance

This is a permanent full-time role at level LGE Level 4 - 6, commencing at $64,571 plus 12.5% superannuation. You will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
