Job Title:

Healthcare Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences as the front-of-house representative.
  • Optimize clinic systems and front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and practitioners.
  • Oversee daily practice activities, including practitioner diaries for efficient scheduling.
  • Lead the reception team, delegating tasks, providing training, and managing rosters to achieve peak performance.
  • Enhance client satisfaction and strengthen referral relationships through proactive engagement and effective communication.
  • Manage invoicing and bookwork efficiently.
  • Support new clinicians in their onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MAC computers, an advantage.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations, prioritizing tasks and working efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to think critically and take decisive action when required.
  • Experience with practice management software (e.g., Cliniko), Xero, HICAPS, PRODA, and Medicare beneficial but not essential.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
