Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance / IT Tester to join our team full time, working onsite in Melbourne.

This role supports a large data transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing technical design documents for timely, relevant, and meaningful feedback
  • Conducting testing throughout development, identifying potential issues and reporting back to development teams
  • Preparing test plans, reviewing, and executing them
  • Leading and mentoring team members and driving quality output

Technical Requirements:

  • ETL experience
  • Data warehousing expertise
  • API automation skills
  • Agile project management knowledge

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, sequence, track, and report project status and outcomes
  • Understanding of banking industry desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
