Manufacturing Project Coordinator

As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, we design, manufacture, deliver and support protected mobility vehicles on a global scale.

We're expanding our Protected Vehicles Technical and Engineering team in Bendigo and are keen to hear from passionate and experienced individuals who would like to be a part of our growth journey.

About the Role:

  • Fitter & Machinist cert III qualified with relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate people, assess & develop employee skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of an integrated team.
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills.
  • Highly motivated & results orientated self-driven.
  • Work place risk assessment skills.
  • Ability to develop tooling concepts to aid/ improve manufacturability.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, engage and influence people.
  • Ability to act and decide promptly within the company's best interest.
