The Role
We are seeking a Full Time Store Consultant to join our team at our Bibra Lake location. As a Store Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The role involves customer service, administration, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by supporting customers in making the best storage choice for their needs.
- Conduct centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase our facilities.
- Administration
- Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
- Operational Tasks
- Maintain a safe and secure centre by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedures.

- Forklift license (desirable).
