Resident Wellbeing Professional

We are seeking a professional to support villages in bringing their wellbeing promise to life. This role is ideal for individuals with strong community and customer experience skills, looking to take on a more strategic position.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with village teams to create vibrant wellbeing programs.
- Lead initiatives that deliver meaningful results.
- Support escalation of wellbeing concerns.
- Develop partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Previous experience in retirement living, health, or wellbeing would be beneficial.
