Grow Your Career as a Windscreen Fitter Apprentice

We are seeking hands-on and customer-focused individuals to join our team of windscreen fitter apprentices at our Bayswater Branch.

As a windscreen fitter apprentice, you will have the opportunity to start your new career in the auto glass industry and gain valuable skills and experience in the trade.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Participating in the O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Developing auto technician capabilities to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards
  • Learnto complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Undertaking glass chip repairs
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and delivering excellent customer experiences
