Leadership Role in Autonomous Mine Training

The Supervisor position oversees the development of a training program for the Autonomous Mine Control team. Reporting to the Superintendent, this individual will lead a team in creating and implementing strategies for growth and preparation.

  • The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive training plan to equip the AHS Mine Control team with the necessary skills for future expansion.
  • This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to build on existing training materials and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Evaluation and continuous improvement are crucial aspects of this position, as well as active involvement in relevant capital projects.
  • A succession plan will be developed to ensure continuity within the team.
  • Motivating and managing a high-performing team is also essential.
Requirements

Applicants must possess prior experience in training and assessing, have a proven track record of driving positive cultures, and demonstrate a deep understanding of training processes.

Experience in delivering projects and practical application of strategic thinking is highly desirable.
