Pet Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Petbarn Bondi store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with pet owners and providing expert advice on pet products.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their pets, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide support to colleagues.
• Ensure store displays and merchandise are visually appealing and well-organized.
• Contribute to achieving sales growth and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• High level of product knowledge, with a passion for pets and their care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
