As a leading WA-owned and operated Property Developer, Golden Sedayu Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join their team.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in planning, designing, and supervising the construction of commercial and residential building interiors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting design concepts, including mood boards, colour palettes, materials, furniture, and finishings.
  • Working with contractors and architects to construct and decorate interiors.
  • Negotiating design solutions with clients, management, suppliers, and construction staff.
  • Selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with client needs and project vision.
  • Ensuring designs adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Managing project timelines and producing project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Interior Design.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office.
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating skills and relevant project experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects from initial concept to final delivery within tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and data processing accuracy.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize a diverse range of tasks.
