
Rail Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to lead projects from design to closeout, ensuring quality assurance and handback. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver major track renewal works.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, adhering to quality standards and procedures.
- Work closely with Project Leads and Senior Engineers on project delivery in accordance with industry best practices.
- Lead health, safety, quality, and environmental management efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee engineering activities within a heavy haul rail environment during pre-execution and execution phases.
- Manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects to achieve successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field. Experience in large infrastructure projects is also essential. The successful candidate will have logical and critical thinking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail, teamwork and task prioritization abilities, stakeholder relationship management skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Requirements:- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction, or similar.
- Experience in large infrastructure projects.
- Logical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
