We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, specialising in Bridges, Roads & Structures. As a key member, you will provide technical expertise while managing small to medium transport projects.

  • Deliver excellence in safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) through proactive planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive project success.
  • Elevate client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and exceptional communication skills.
  • Apply industry best practices and ensure design compliance, reviewing and enhancing engineering designs and project documents as needed.
  • Create detailed technical reports and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, driving project success and meeting deadlines.
  • Support business growth through bid and tender preparation, utilising your knowledge and expertise to secure new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in transport infrastructure, with multidisciplinary project experience highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of QLD TMR standards, with ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform technical analysis.
  • Skilled in using engineering software and preparing technical reports, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
