About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Factory Hand to join our team at our Dandenong South location. As a Factory Hand, you will be responsible for assisting operators in the foundry, setting sand for bronze production, and assisting with plating of bronze moulding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting operators in the foundry setting sand for bronze production
  • Assisting with plating of bronze moulding
  • Unloading and clean up of mouldings - using hand/power tools
  • Quality control of product including clean up and pack off when needed
  • General housekeeping

Requirements:

  • To be hard-working and reliable
  • Lifting capabilities
  • Suitable factory hand and/or manufacturing experience
  • Team player attitude
  • Adaptability with capacity to learn and take instruction
